Welcome to Sophia Tattoo. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Sophia Tattoo provides custom tattoo design, tattooing, cover-up, and piercing services performed by licensed professionals. All services are subject to consultation and artist availability.
Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Age & Consent
Clients must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian with valid consent where permitted by law. Valid government-issued ID is required at the time of service.
Health & Safety
Clients are required to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to service. Sophia Tattoo follows all applicable health and safety regulations for tattooing and piercing.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following provided aftercare instructions. Sophia Tattoo is not liable for complications resulting from improper aftercare.
Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Sophia Tattoo unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Sophia Tattoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
